1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Knowledge Radar for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at fomcode@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional)

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after the current period ends

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 7 days of initial purchase
  • First-time subscription to the plan
  • No prior refunds requested on the account

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Renewal charges (beyond the initial purchase)
  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • Repeated subscription/cancellation patterns
  • Violation of Terms of Service

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Razorpay payments (both INR and international), refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for partial billing periods. The 7-day money-back guarantee is for full refunds only.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, we will attempt to notify you. Your subscription may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

8. Disputes

If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us at fomcode@gmail.com before disputing with your bank or payment provider. We're happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
