2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

6. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Knowledge Radar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Knowledge Radar's Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. Knowledge Radar makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Knowledge Radar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
